MOM IS GOING TO VEGAS ...

My moms are going to Vegas and I am going to Wagsworth manor for 5 1/2 days. I am going to go swimming in a pool, get special treats and will be trained by Julie - maybe I will do the agility course ( the tunnel, jumps and dog walk) and surprise my mom with a new skill or two. Remember.....What happens in Wagsworth stays in Wagsworth... my lips are sealed. Have a good vacation and don't worry about me. I will have fun... you have fun too.

DAY CARE - 2 places

I am so lucky- I am going to 2 days at different day care places. Monday - I go to Toby's K9 Kamp and Wednesday- I go to Wagsworth Manor. My first day at Wagsworth was yesterday. Mom got an e-mail during the day to let her know - I was doind OK. She was as nervous as I was at a new place. I also got a report card. Here is what it said " Ace's first day with our play group simply was fantastic!" Ryan- my handler helped me to make new friends.

I made three- Riley - a female boxer, Hollywood- a female English boxer and Lucky , a male Lab mix. I also went swimming with Max and Rocky. I was a little scared of the steps in the pool but I loved swimming once I was got in the water.

I want to go back next Wednesday.

Busy week for me

Two day cares- Monday at Toby's K9 Kamp and Wednesday at Wagsworth Manor.
Thursdays and Fridays - I usually play all day with Khlea - my best pal. I had a visit to the vet last week for all my shots and Mom had to muzzle me again. I don't like the vet - she always sticks with needles. Noone would like that? Mom held me and said - everything was all right then we went home. I was so happy to be at home again. I like my home and feel so lucky to have a good master. I kiss her every morning to wake her up!!!

Busy summer with my new nephew and grandchild to mom

I guess Alex ( Sharon's baby) has become number 1 now. Khlea and I have been playing together every weekend and are great friends. We help grandma babysit Alex. We bark when he cries in case she doesn't hear him. He smells good and we lick his feet. Enjoy the photos. Khlea and I like to steal his pacifier and bottles when his grandma and mom forget to put them out of our reach.
Khlea has eaten about 4 so far.

I am still going to Day Care at Toby's once a week and will start more agility classes in the fall.
Mom gave me a shower last night so I smell good today.

AGILITY CLASSES AT WAGSWORTH

I graduated beginner agility classes at Wagsworth Manor with Julie. Louie the other dog- graduated too. We got a certificate with our names on it. I learned to go through the tunnel, do the jumps ( tire jump and regular), the dog walk, A frame and now we are starting to learn the teeter totter and put all our obstacles together and do more than one at a time off the leash.

Mom bought some equipment so we can practice at home doing some of the things. It is fun and Mom gets tired too running with me. Next class starts in 3 weeks.

This is how I relax when I get home. I am dog tired.

NEW FAMILY MEMBER

Khlea and I have a new baby friend named Alex. He was born 4 days ago. He is only 7 1/2 pounds and 21 inches. He is very tiny and we have to be careful not to jump up on young mom when she is holding him or we might hurt him. Khlea has seen him but I haven't. Old mom is really excited about her new grandchild. Khlea is sleeping over at our house for awhile so I have to share my space with her. This is what Khlea and I do on hot days - we lay around preferably in front of a fan.

JUNE IS HERE!

I have been busy waiting for my young mom to deliver her baby. A little boy - I will be an uncle.
I have also had 2 classes of beginner agility at Wagsworth Manor. I have learned the jump, the dog walk, the tunnel, the table and started on the teeter totter. I like pleasing my mom and making her happy and she smiles alot and gives me treats and kisses when I do good. I like it too if it wasn't so hot - I wouldn't get so tired. I sure Mom will take pictures soon of me doing these new tricks.

BUSY MONTH OF MAY

My young mom is going to have a baby any day now. A little boy named "Alex" I can't wait to see him and neither can old mom. That is all she talks about. I love to go outside and play in the muddy back yard and my white neck has become grey. So guess who got a bath and then a new collar and frontline stuff? Me... I look great - a handsome devil even if I must say so myself. Here is a video of how wound up I was after my bath.

Last night was my first Agility class. I like Wagsworth Manor and class was fun. I jumped over the jumps and walked the plank and heeled my mom. I will practice with mom and learn more stuff. Maybe I will lose some inches around my waist too. My butt looks big.

HOT AND COLD DAYS OF MAY

I spend a lot of time with Khlea running around the back yard and looking for squirrels to bark at. Sometimes we just chill out on Mom's bed especially after Puppy Day Care which makes us both tired.

BUSY DAYS FOR THIS 2 YEAR OLD DOG

My 2nd birthday is this month. Happy Birthdog(day) to me. I love my life - I have a nice family and Khlea is there for me. I take car trips to Petsmart and on errand and to the Poconos and back. I go to Day care once a week and next week I am starting agility training which should be fun for mom and me. I am a lucky pampered dog.

The hot weather is getting to me this year - it is 60 degrees out and nice and then 80 degrees and hot the next day. I love my bed and the fan running while I sleep. I also love to cuddle pillows anywhere - on the sofa or on my bed. Aren't I cute!!!! I am in touch with my feminine side.
