IN VIRGINIA BEACH

I got another compliment from a camper from Exeter,PA and he said Mom should write a book about me. Mom said she has... and I have ablog too. Mom lost her glasses in Outerbanks KOA- her glass case fell out of her purse and she picked up her case but no glasses. She called the office and they found them and it just so happens that one of their employees is coming to this Virginia Beach KOA that we are at and he will deliver them to us tonight or tomorrow. Amazing.... Mom was very happy. She had to go to grocery store and get one of those cheap pairs so she could get on Internet and see the words. See ya soon all my PA friends soon. Weekend will be in Delaware with Sharon, my young mom and Khlea, my best friend dog and there will be no wifi. Our RV trip is almost over and we will be home soon.... Yahoo... no chains - a fenced in yard. The K9 Kamp was fun here and Mom gave me a long walk.

HOT DAY in FLA

Mom left me in rv and went shopping on a hot day and she turned the fan too cold so I was shivering when she got back. I just went outside and got thawed out. It didn't take long.
Then I wiggled out of my chain and it took her a while to notice- but I didn't go away- I know no-one here - I just stood there and stared at her. She was doing her Soduko puzzle. She looked so worried when she noticed and I felt so loved. Going to see Molly tonight- I miss my Khlea- she makes my tail wag and she knows how to play rough and have fun.

MY LIFE

Mom is home all the time now. She was laid off after 22 years of working at library. I am still going to Toby's K9 Kamp and I see Khlea all the time. Alex visits a lot too. Mom is also starting to write again. Yeah - a new story on me- a Children's book for Alex. Enjoy the new photos.

Thursday- Play with Khlea at home
Friday- Play with Alex, Mom and Khlea at home
Saturday- Dog Agility with Mom at Wagsworth
Sunday - Rest for next week

Busy summer with my new nephew and grandchild to mom

I guess Alex ( Sharon's baby) has become number 1 now. Khlea and I have been playing together every weekend and are great friends. We help grandma babysit Alex. We bark when he cries in case she doesn't hear him. He smells good and we lick his feet. Enjoy the photos. Khlea and I like to steal his pacifier and bottles when his grandma and mom forget to put them out of our reach.
Khlea has eaten about 4 so far.

I am still going to Day Care at Toby's once a week and will start more agility classes in the fall.
Mom gave me a shower last night so I smell good today.

NEW FAMILY MEMBER

Khlea and I have a new baby friend named Alex. He was born 4 days ago. He is only 7 1/2 pounds and 21 inches. He is very tiny and we have to be careful not to jump up on young mom when she is holding him or we might hurt him. Khlea has seen him but I haven't. Old mom is really excited about her new grandchild. Khlea is sleeping over at our house for awhile so I have to share my space with her. This is what Khlea and I do on hot days - we lay around preferably in front of a fan.

COLD DAYS IN EXTON IN BACKYARD

Mom doesn't need a mower for the backyard, Khlea and I are keeping it pretty mowed. There is hardly any grass left but plenty of our toys and chewed up things. Actually it probably looks ugly to our neighbors. Maybe I will gather up our stuff and put it in special place. Mom will need to throw some grass seed around so we don't get so muddy when it rains.

WINTER DAYS IN FEBRUARY

I am tired of snow and the cold weather. Khlea and I wore our nice coats and really looked great. The other dogs in our neighborhood were jealous. I am gaining weight because I am getting very little exercise. We couldn't go to Day care this week. I miss my friends there.

BUILDING A FENCE

My old mom is having a fence built in the backyard for Klea and I. Then we can run around free without those damn chains. They are always getting tangled up and such a pain in the neck. ( If you get my drift) The permit from the township was torn up and chewed on by Klea. It looks funny hanging on the porch. Duct tape was hangin out of Klea's mouth- stuck to her jaw. Mom had to pull it off. Of course I didn't touch it- it was Khlea.... Bad girl....

Khlea got loose this morning also and mom had to chase her over the neighborhood- she had bare feet and shorts on and her hair was all wacky but she caught Khlea and tied her up. Once again. Bad girl......Khlea is having a bad day....

Sunday, Khlea was quiet again and guess what she was chewing on again? 2 guesses and the first two do not count. My mom nailed the permit for the fence up higher and Khlea jumped up and got it and chew it in a handful of pieces. There is not enough of it left to tape together and hang. Mom will have to go get another copy.

Khlea is having a bad weekend. I distracted mom by kissing her on her face and Khlea went to another room in the house. I am trying to keep the peace... but it is a tough job
